Most pest sprays, like neem oil, insecticidal soap, and horticultural oil, come as a concentrate you mix with water. Too weak and it does nothing. Too strong and you can burn the leaves. This calculator does the dilution maths for you, so you know how much concentrate and water to use for the amount of spray you want. Always follow the rate printed on your product label, since that is the tested safe amount for that product.
A 1% mix is a common starting strength for many home sprays. Check your label.

How this works
You tell me how your product is diluted and how much spray you want to make. I work in three ways, since labels differ. A percentage, such as a 1 percent mix. A dose per litre, such as 5 millilitres per litre. Or a ratio, such as 1 part concentrate to 100 parts water. From that I work out the concentrate and water amounts, and I also give teaspoons and tablespoons, since most home sprayers are measured with a spoon.
Understanding your result
The concentrate figure is how much product to add. The water figure fills the rest of your sprayer up to the total you asked for. For reference, extension services list some common home rates: insecticidal soap and horticultural oil are usually mixed at around 1 to 2 percent, and neem oil at about 0.5 to 1 percent for tender plants and up to 2 percent for tougher ones. Your own product label rate always comes first.
Important limitations
This is a maths tool, not a replacement for the product label. Different brands and strengths need different rates, and the label is the tested and legal instruction for that product. I do not know your specific product, so I cannot tell you which rate to pick. Test any spray on a few leaves first, do not spray in strong sun, and never mix two products together unless the label says you can.
